In Luke 22 we will learn that the powers of darkness that brought about the arrest of Jesus would ultimately be overturned in Christ’s resurrection from the dead, resulting in our salvation and the assurance of God’s sustaining deliverance for His people in the dark hours of our earthly pilgrimage.
