This morning in the story of “The Rich Man and Lazarus” in Luke 16, Jesus draws back the curtain on the world that lies beyond the grave in order to rebuke the fallacy of the self-righteous Pharisees, and to awaken in His disciples ears to hear the way of salvation promised in Old Testament Scriptures, revealed and fulfilled in Christ.
