WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!
On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you. It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook. We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns in your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.

This morning in our second sermon from 1 Peter 2:11-12, we will learn how sanctification in Christ has three indivisible components: abstinence from sin, excellence in godly behavior, so that God is glorified in the reversal of response of pagans towards believers.
This evening in Nahum 1:12b-15, we will consider how loving and faithful our heavenly Father is in delivering us from the tyranny of the enemy and saving us from the power of sin through the good news of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace OPC Family Retreat: Join us for our first Family Retreat at Fellowship Deaconry, 3575 Valley Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, from Friday evening April 12th ending with Saturday dinner, April 13, 2024. Rev. Niel Bech will be our inaugural speaker. Today, The Lord’s Supper: All who may participate in the Lord’s Supper are those who have publicly confessed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who continue steadfastly in that faith, who are members of good standing in a particular disciplined and Bible believing manifestation of His Church, and who, in accordance with the Scriptures, have duly examined their hearts before the Lord. If you are a visitor unknown to us and wish to participate in the Lord’s Supper we ask you, if it is possible, to make yourself known to a member of Session before the beginning of worship. The ushers will happily assist you in so doing.
Reception of Mike Pedo into Membership
On Sunday March 10 during the morning worship service, Michael Pedo having met with the Session and having been examined as to his profession of faith in Christ, will be received into communicant membership of Grace OPC Fair Lawn. Mike will be received as a communicant member upon his reaffirmation of faith in accordance with BOCO Directory for the Public Worship of God IV.D.
Next Sunday: Fellowship Luncheon
Here is a description of what to expect; following morning worship, we will hold our monthly fellowship luncheon. These delicious luncheons are a potluck meal. We ask everyone who is able to join us to please bring a main dish and a side dish, salad or dessert. Bring enough for you, your family and a friend!
