I believe in Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead, and was buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he shall come to judge the living and the dead.    

I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Sermon Summery

Today we welcome to the pulpit Messrs. Samuel Yang and JunSuk Seo, who serve at The Church Gathered and Scattered in Teaneck, NJ.
This morning, Mr. Yang will open God’s Word in 1 Peter 1:13-16, where we will be reminded of the wonderful gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and how we, as Christians, are to respond to this news with perseverance, hope, and holiness.

This afternoon, Mr. Seo will open God’s Word in Job 19:23-29, where we will learn of how the knowledge of God, ultimately revealed to us in our redeemer Christ Jesus, gives us an unwavering assurance of our salvation.

Fellowship Luncheon this Sunday and Guest Speakers
This Sunday, June 8, 2025, Pastor Keegan is away at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois, serving as a commissioner at the 91^st General Assembly of the OPC.
Messrs. Samuel Yang and JunSuk Seo, who serve at The Church Gathered and Scattered in Teaneck, NJ. will be opening God’s Word in the morning and afternoon worship services. We will hold our monthly luncheon following the morning benediction.

Supporting Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center

From on Mother’s Day, May 11 to Father’s Day, June 15, we are once more be taking up a collection of new-born baby and infant items to donate to Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center. See the bulletin board for more detail.
