WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!  On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you.  It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.  If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook.  We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns on your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.

This morning in Galatians 6:11-15 we will see the contrast between saving faith that glories in the cross in the midst of persecution, and false faith that boasts in worthless works that gain only the world’s applause.

This evening in 1 Samuel 18:6-30, we will learn how the promise of God’s presence and prosperity is most tangibly realized and experienced when we seek to live for Him in the most trying of circumstances.

REMOVAL FROM THE MEMBERSHIP ROLLS: By motion the Session, on June 6, 2022, determined to, in retrospect, erase John (not Jr.), Michele and Lauren Vroegindewey, who in 2012 affiliated with Emergence Church, a church of not like faith and practice in Totowa, NJ from the rolls of the congregation according to the Book of Discipline, Chapter II.B.3.d.(1). The Session has noted the record of this action in its July Session Minutes.

Fellowship Luncheon Today: Following the morning worship we will be having our monthly fellowship potluck luncheon. Please plan to join us!

Pulpit Supply Morning and Evening Worship, July 17, 2022:

Pastor John has been invited by the pastors of Englewood Baptist Church to share his testimony during Sunday School and preach in the morning service to their congregation on July 17. Mr. Kevin Vasquez will lead worship and exhort in the morning service here at Grace OPC and Pastor John will lead worship and Mr. Filipe Cortial will exhort in the evening service.
