WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!
On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you. It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook. We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns in your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.
Pastor John Keegan
Sermon Summary
This morning in Isaiah 63:15-19, we will hear a confession of faith that longs for the presence of our heavenly Father, while acknowledging that it is our sin that keeps us from experiencing greater intimacy with God.
This evening in Nehemiah 5:14-19, we will learn that sacrificial, selfless service to Christ is the result of a sanctified fear of the Lord and compassion for God’s people.
Announcement
Nursery Note from the Session:
Due to a limited pool of nursery workers, at this time, the Nursery will be “Unstaffed” on our Serving Schedule. To aid our young families, the Cloak Room has been “repurposed” as a Baby Break Room for our parents to have a ‘way station’ before returning with their children to worship.
Crossroads Addictions Ministry: Thurs., from 7:30-9:00 PM in Fellowship Hall.
Today, The Lord’s Supper.
All who have publicly confessed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and are members in good standing in a Bible believing church, and who, in accordance with the Scriptures, have examined their hearts, may participate in the Lord’s Supper. If you are a visitor and wish to participate in the Lord’s Supper, we ask you, if it is possible, to make yourself known to a member of Session before the beginning of worship.
Saturday: Men & Women’s Prayer Breakfast, Women’s Book Study
Saturday, July 11, the monthly Men’s Prayer Breakfast will be held in Fellowship Hall, and the Women’s Prayer Breakfast & Book Study will be held in the Manse, beginning a 9:30 AM.
Monthly Fellowship Luncheon Next Week: Sunday August 9, 2026.
