I believe in God the Father Almighty,  Maker of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead, and was buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he shall come to judge the living and the dead.    

I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Sermon Summery

This morning in Isaiah 52:1-12, we will hear how the gospel calls us to be clothed in the righteousness of Christ, to rejoice in the good news that our God reigns, and to walk in purity as the redeemed children of God.

This afternoon in Mark 14:1-11, we will see in the Bethany anointing, the faith and perception of one woman in believing that the gospel is accomplished through suffering.
