And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,
For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.” Amen.

Question 105.
What do we pray for in the fifth petition?
Answer.
In the fifth petition, which is, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, we pray that God, for Christ’s sake, would freely pardon all our sins; which we are the rather encouraged to ask, because by his grace we are enabled from the heart to forgive others.

WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!
On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you. It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook. We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns in your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.
Pastor John Keegan
This morning in Isaiah 34:1-17, we will see the “true nourishment of spiritual conviction” that comes from a grave passage about the dark clouds of God’s indignation and the coming storm of His judgment, so that we might have consolation about our security in
Christ and simultaneously a grace-induced compassion for those face eternity under the wrath of God.This evening in Mark 6:6b-13, we will learn from the first mission trip of the twelve how the Lord Jesus Christ empowers His followers to be His witnesses of His person and work, and His messengers whereby His kingdom reign is extended to the ends of the earth.
