    WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!

On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you.  It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook.  We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns in your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.

                                                                                Pastor John Keegan

This morning from 1 Peter 3:1-7, we will consider how a gentleness of spirit in submission on the part of wives and a corresponding gentleness of spirit in leadership on the part of husbands, impacts the former’s witness and the latter’s prayers.

This evening, in the backdrop of the gravity of death on display in Nahum 3:1-3, we will consider the grace of God in Jesus Christ who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.

Today: The Lord’s Supper. All who may participate in the Lord’s Supper are those who have publicly confessed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who continue steadfastly in that faith, who are members of good standing in a particular disciplined and Bible believing manifestation of His Church, and who, in accordance with the Scriptures, have duly examined their hearts before the Lord. If you are a visitor unknown to us and wish to participate in the Lord’s Supper we ask you, if it is possible, to make yourself known to a member of Session before the beginning of worship. The ushers will happily assist you in so doing.

Covenant Baptism: On April 14, during the morning worship service, Kitt and Rachel Gripp will present their daughter, Katherine for covenant baptism in accordance with BOCO Directory for the Public Worship of God III.B.I.

Next Sunday: Fellowship Luncheon: Here is a description of what to expect; following morning worship, we will hold our monthly fellowship luncheon. These delicious luncheons are a potluck meal. We ask everyone who is able to join us to please bring a main dish and a side dish, salad or dessert. Bring enough for you, your family and a friend!

Invitation to a Year-end Presentation by Covenant City Academy: Covenant City Academy, a Homeschool Coop partnership of Messiah Reformed Fellowship & Grace Reformed Church (URCNA), is having a year-end presentation on Saturday, April 27 @ 11 AM at PPRBC (415 Boulevard, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). All are invited to attend and see what the Lord is doing among these covenant youth.
