WELCOME TO GRACE OPC!
On behalf of the session of Grace OPC, I want to extend our warmest greetings to you. It is my hope and prayer that as we gather together this Lord’s Day to worship our Triune God and Redeemer, you will be encouraged to cast your cares upon the Lord and to draw near to God by faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are new here in Fair Lawn, please join us for fellowship following the benediction, and be sure to sign our guestbook. We look forward to personally speaking with you, and if there are any prayer concerns in your heart, don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention.
Pastor John Keegan
This morning in 1 Peter 2:18-21, we will learn when we suffer for doing what is right and we patiently endure it as followers of Christ, why this finds favor with God.
This Evening in Nahum 2:6-10, we will consider contrast of the emptiness and anguish experienced by those who are full and confident when the judgment of God arrives suddenly and decisively, with the peace and security experienced by the humble and contrite of heart who entrust themselves to God’s mercy.
Next Sunday, Reception of the Wisz family into Membership
On Sunday March 24 during the morning worship service, Gerry & Betty, and Zachary Wisz, having met with the Session and having been examined as to their profession of faith in Christ, will be received into communicant membership of Grace OPC Fair Lawn. They will be received as communicant members upon their reaffirmation of faith in accordance with BOCO Directory for the Public Worship of God IV.D.
2024 Family Retreat Theme: “Here’s the Main Point!”
