This afternoon in Ruth 1:5-25, we will see on the one hand, in Naomi, how blind we can become when overcome by grief and severe trials, and yet on the other hand, in Ruth, how by grace we can see with spiritual insight the unseen God whose faithfulness elevates us above our trials.
